CSV needs Timecode, In, Start or Timeline In. Optional: Name / Marker Name, Comment / Description, Color, Duration Frames. Set the source frame rate; this tool does not change frame rates.

Avid TXT contains point markers; names and comments are combined. Unsupported colors map to blue. CSV preserves the full table. Native EDL/TXT import is beta: verify positions in your editor. Premiere CSV is an input/report format, not a native Premiere import file.
