What the workbook contains

Overview · Role Summary · File Usage · Timeline Clips · Music Cues · Source Files · Markers · Keywords · Effects & Transitions · Warnings · Individual Roles

Out points are exclusive. Durations use minutes:seconds.milliseconds (01:30.000 means 1 minute 30 seconds). Timeline and Source In / Out use hours:minutes:seconds:frames. File In / Out use elapsed hours:minutes:seconds.milliseconds from the start of the file. The Overview worksheet explains the columns. Final Cut music is identified by audio role. Resolve DRT music is identified by track names containing “Music”. Resolve XML may omit track names and music classification. Premiere uses exported track names or V/A indices; music is classified only when a track name contains “Music”.

Beta: FCPXML, standalone Resolve DRT Premiere Final Cut Pro XML (xmeml), and Avid AAF. AAF reports declared components and effects; scope references are not duplicated, and mute states, effect parameters and automation are not decoded. Premiere normal-speed nested sequences are expanded; transition overlaps are included. Retimed nests remain unexpanded and flagged. Premiere clip markers, effect parameters and automation are not decoded. Retimed or rate-conformed source ranges are flagged as unresolved. Effects and transitions are listed with their declared attachment range and parameter values; their output is not rendered or evaluated for audibility. Role summaries merge overlapping intervals to avoid counting simultaneous channels twice. Percentages for different roles may overlap. Disabled components remain in the report. Verify critical delivery data against your editing timeline. Local file paths and media bookmarks are excluded from the workbook.
